Free Shipping
Free Shipping applies in the following circumstances:
- You are in the UK and not in a premium post code area (see below).
- Your order value exceeds the free shipping threshold amount of £20.00
- The weight of any one item does not exceed 30kg.
Shipping Information
Goods under 30kg are despatched from our warehouse by courier service for mainland UK orders unless otherwise stated. Royal Mail may be used for smaller items. Products that require configuration may incur additional delays as well as larger shipments that require a palletised delivery. It is not possible to collect in person except by prior arrangement. It may be necessary to increase the shipment charges if the destination is not, in the opinion of our carriers, within mainland UK and subject to standard rates. If this is the case we will notify you of the increase in carriage charge and you may opt to pay this, or cancel your order.

- AB36-38, AB55-56, FK17-21, IV1-39, PA21-40, PH19-26, PH30-41
Goods over 30kg will be shipped as freight. This is a kerbside delivery service only and goods will arrive on a pallet. Note that if the delivery is required to conform to specialist schemes, such as FORS Bronze, FORS Silver, FORS Gold, CLOCS and CROSSRAIL then these sites may incur additional charges. You should contact us for a quotation before placing an order as no pallet network has blanket coverage for these schemes.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are established on a general weight/box algorithm. Heavier items may exceed the courier weight limits and may need to be sent on a pallet. Weight information that may be presented during checkout may not be indicative of the actual product weight, (see the detailed specifications for this), but may be a volumetric weight required for the shipping algorithms.
The shipping cost is presented at checkout. If you feel the shipping charges are in error, contact us detailing what you are wishing to purchase and we will advise if correct or amend as appropriate.
We currently do not ship internationally for webstore orders. You will need to contact us directly.
Important Notice. Please note that our warranty terms are UK only. Although we will endeavour to resolve any warranty claims to the best of our ability, any returns must be sent back to us at the buyers cost, and the buyer must pay for the return shipping.

All Power Inspired products are covered by a Dead On Arrival Guarantee. Should the goods be found to be defective out of the box, we will send a replacement item and collect the defective item at the same time. This is only applicable for UK Mainland orders. Please see Dead On Arrival Goods.
Certain items that are either a) made to order or b) ordered from a third party on your behalf, are exempt from our returns procedure, and cannot be returned.
