1. The contract between us
We must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted. Payment of the price for the goods represents an offer on your part to purchase the goods, which will be accepted by us only when the goods are dispatched. Only at this point is a legally binding contract created between us.
2. Acknowledgement of your order
To enable us to process your order, you will need to provide us with your e-mail address. We will notify you by e-mail as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order and to confirm details. For the avoidance of doubt, this correspondence does not constitute a contract between us.
3. Ownership of rights
All rights, including copyright, in this website are owned by or licensed to Power Inspired. Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use, is prohibited without our permission. You may not modify, distribute or repost anything on this website for any purpose.
4. Accuracy of content
Power Inspired has taken every care in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular to ensure that prices quoted are correct at time of publishing and all products have been fairly described. However, orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description of the goods or their prices as advertised on this website. Prices may be displayed with or without VAT included. This is made clear on the product listing page and on the footer of each page. Packaging may vary from that shown. The weights, dimensions and capacities given are approximate only. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Power Inspired disclaims all warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy of the information contained in any of the materials on this website. Power Inspired shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials on this website.
The views expressed in user generated content are the opinions of those users and are not necessarily those of Power Inspired.
5. Damage to your computer
We try to ensure that this website is free from viruses or defects. However, we cannot guarantee that your use of this website or any websites accessible through it will not cause damage to your computer. It is your responsibility to ensure that the right equipment is available to use the website. Except in the case of negligence on our part, we will not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise to computer equipment as a result of using this website.
6. Availability
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. If the goods you have ordered are not available from stock, we will contact you by e-mail or phone (if you have given us details). You will have the option either to wait until the item is available from stock or to cancel your order.
7. Ordering errors
You are able to correct errors on your order up to the point on which you click on “submit” during the ordering process.
8. Consent and Choice
If you choose not to register or not provide personal information, you may still visit the Power Inspired website but you will not be able to access the restricted areas available to registered users. By completing the registration process, you accept the Terms and Conditions described and consent to our using your information accordingly.
9. Access
It is your responsibility to ensure that you have an appropriate web browser or any other technical requirements in place in order to access and make use of the Site. We have provided an administration service (My account) where you can review your personal information at any time to ensure it is correct and current. You will be able to update, correct, change or delete inaccurate details. You may also change your choice of opting in or out of marketing and promotional activities, although you may continue to receive mailings for a short period while your change is being processed. You have the right to ask for a copy of your personal information. Please see the “How can I find out what information Power Inspired holds about me?” section of our Privacy Policy for details.
10. Out of stock items
We want you to be able to find out about our products at all times, even if they are out of stock. On the occasion that a product is showing on our website as ‘none in stock’, you’ll still be able to read about it on our website. Should you decide to order a ‘none in stock’ item, we will do our utmost to source goods to fulfil your order in the shortest possible time. In most cases, the turn-around time to fulfil a ‘none in stock’ order is 3-5 days, though please be aware this can sometimes be longer if goods are hard to source or ‘in constraint’.

12. Ordering errors
You are able to correct errors on your order up to the point at which you click on “place order” on the final page of our ordering process.
13. Price
The prices payable for goods that you order are as set out on our website. All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering information.
Where it is not possible to accept your order to buy goods of the specification and description at the price indicated, we will advise you by email, and offer to sell you the goods of the specification and description at the price stated in the email and will state in the email the period for which the offer or the price remains valid.
14. Payment terms
Purchases will be made in Pounds Sterling. International credit card providers or banks will determine the exchange rate and may add an additional processing or administration charge in relation to such payment which international credit card holders will be liable to pay.
Power Inspired products are sold on a Delivery Duty Unpaid basis. The recipient may have to pay import duty or a formal customs entry fee prior to or on delivery. Additional taxes, fees or levies may apply according to local legislation and customers are required to check these details before placing an order for international delivery.
We will take payment upon receipt of your order from your credit or debit card. We accept no liability if a delivery is delayed because you did not give us the correct payment details. If it is not possible to obtain full payment for the goods from you, then we can refuse to process your order and/or suspend any further deliveries to you. This does not affect any other rights we may have.
15. Delivery charges
Delivery charges vary depending on the type of products ordered, the service you select and the delivery address. For full details of our delivery charges please refer to the Shipping & Returns section.
16. Delivery
Our delivery charges are set out under Shipping in our website.
You may be required to pay extra for delivery and it might not be possible for us to deliver to some locations.
Please note that we are only able to deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom, but excluding the Isle of Wight, the Isle of Man, the Scottish Isles, parts of Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Channel Isles.
We will deliver the goods to the address you specify for delivery in your order. It is important that this address is accurate. Please be precise about where you would like the goods left if you are out when we deliver. We cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions (unless this is caused by our negligence). We will aim to deliver the goods by the date quoted for delivery but delivery times are not guaranteed and therefore time is not of the essence. In any event, we will aim to deliver your goods within 30 days from the day after the day we received your order. If delivery is delayed beyond this time, we will contact you and either agree a mutually acceptable alternative date, or offer you a full refund.
You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when they have been delivered to you. Once goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.
17. International Delivery
Due to customs, legal, regulatory and certain practical restrictions applicable to orders placed for international delivery, some of our products may not be available for delivery to certain destinations outside the UK. Power Inspired reserves the right to define what can and cannot be delivered to which destination.
Please note that many countries have import restrictions on certain products or materials. Customers are responsible for checking with the local customs authorities before placing an order for international delivery. Power Inspired cannot offer any assistance in this process.
18. Risk and ownership
Risk of damage to or loss of the goods passes to you at the time of delivery to you. If you choose to use your own courier then the risk passes to you as soon as the goods are handed to your courier. You will only own the goods once they have been successfully delivered.
19. Acknowledgment and acceptance of your order
If you have supplied us with your email address, we will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order. Our acceptance of your order will take place upon despatch of the product(s) ordered.
20. Delays
Occasionally, delivery of your order may be delayed or postponed. This can be for various reasons such as material shortages, import delays or higher than anticipated demand. We will, or course, make every effort to keep you informed and discuss revised delivery timescales.
21. Links to other websites
We may place links on this website to other websites we think you may want to visit. Although we vet these websites and do not have any control over their contents, which may change. Power Inspired cannot accept any liability in respect of the use of these websites.
22. Product Guarantee – Products & Accessories
All of our products are guaranteed for at least 1 year unless otherwise stated, (excludes software and technology accessories). Please retain your order despatch note which is proof of purchase and will validate the data from which your guarantee will start. It is essential to keep this document to preserve the guarantee. Please also retain the original packaging in case you need to return the product.
In the unlikely event of a fault, please use the contact form for an RMA request. After 28 days and for the remainder of your guarantee period, we will arrange for the product to be repaired. Should a repair not be possible, we will exchange the product for a like for like replacement or the nearest equivalent. In the unlikely event of being unable to exchange we will offer a full refund pro-rata from the remainder of the warranty.
This guarantee is only valid within the United Kingdom. This guarantee excludes faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse, not following the instructions and normal wear and tear.
We are unable to offer a refund or exchange on UPS products once opened unless they are faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
23. Cancellation rights
Under The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 SI 2013/3134 you have the legal right to cancel your order up to 14 calendar days after the day on which you receive your goods (with the exception of any made to order items). You do not need to give us any reason for cancelling your contract nor will you have to pay any penalty.
Should you wish to cancel your order, you can use the Cancellation Form, or alternatively you can notify us in writing by any durable medium (for example letter sent by post, fax or e-mail).
You cannot cancel your contract if the goods you have ordered are bespoke (i.e. made to order), or recording or computer software out of the sealed package in which it was delivered to you.
If you have received the goods before you cancel your contract then you must send the goods back to our contact address at your own cost and risk. If you cancel your contract but we have already processed the goods for delivery, you should not unpack the goods when they are received by you and you must send the goods back to us at our contact address at your own cost and risk as soon as possible.
Once you have notified us that you are cancelling your contract, and we have either received the goods back or, if earlier, received evidence that you have sent the goods back, we will refund any sum debited by us from your credit or debit card within 14 calendar days.
We may make a deduction from your refund for any loss in the value of the goods supplied if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you (for example using or wearing the goods prior to cancellation).
24. Cancellation by us
We reserve the right not to process your order if:
- We have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered;
- We do not deliver to your area; or
- One or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers.
If we do not process your order for the above reasons, we will notify you by e-mail and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your credit/debit card as soon as possible, but in any event within 14 days.
25. Exclusions of liability
Any disclaimers and exclusions of liability in these terms & conditions shall not apply to any damages arising from death or personal injury caused by the negligence of Power Inspired or any of its employees or agents or fraud. These disclaimers and exclusions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law. If any provisions of these disclaimers and exclusions shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
26. Liability
Unless agreed otherwise, if you do not receive goods ordered by you within 30 days of the date on which you ordered them and decide to cancel the order rather than re-arrange delivery (in accordance with clause 11), we will provide you with a full refund.
We are only responsible for losses that are a natural, foreseeable consequence of our breach of these terms and conditions. We do not accept liability if we are prevented or delayed from complying with our obligations set out in these terms and conditions by anything you (or anyone acting with your express or implied authority) does or fails to do, or is due to events which are beyond our reasonable control.
Furthermore, we do not accept liability for any losses related to any business of yours including but not limited to: lost data, lost profits, lost revenues or business interruption.
You must observe and comply with all applicable regulations and legislation, including obtaining all necessary customs, import or other permits to purchase goods from our site. The importation or exportation of certain of our goods to you may be prohibited by certain national laws. We make no representation and accept no liability in respect of the export or import of the goods you purchase.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in these terms is intended to limit any rights you might have as a consumer under applicable local law or other statutory rights that may not be excluded nor in any way to exclude or limit our liability to you for any death or personal injury resulting from our negligence. You have certain rights as a consumer including legal rights (e.g. under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (as amended)) relating to faulty and/or misdescribed goods.

Unless otherwise expressly stated in these terms, all notices from you to us must be in writing and sent to our contact address at Unit 122, Churchill Road, Bicester, Oxfordshire, OX26 4XD and all notices from us to you will be displayed on our website from time to time.

Unless otherwise specified, the materials on this website are displayed solely for the purposes of promoting Power Inspired’s products and services available in the UK. However Power Inspired may accept orders for delivery to locations outside of the UK subject to customs, legal, regulatory and certain practical restrictions. Those who choose to access this site from locations outside the UK or place orders for delivery to locations outside the UK are responsible for compliance with local laws if and to the extent local laws are applicable.
31. After Delivery
Your product is supported by a Power Inspired guarantee.
Queries should be made by email and we will endeavour to answer them as quickly as possible.
32. Power Inspired Warranty
All Power Inspired products come with a 12 month warranty as minimum. Should you need to return Power Inspired products to us, or indeed any other manufacturer’s products purchased from the Power Inspired, please review our returns policy for information on how to do this. If goods are faulty within their warranty period and are replaced, then the warranty of the replacement product dates from the invoice date of the original purchase.
33. Changes to Services
Power Inspired reserves the right at any time and from time to time, to modify, edit, delete, suspend or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Site (or any part of it) and/or the information, materials, products and/or services (or any part of them) available through the Site with or without notice. This will not affect any order which has already been accepted by us.
34. Copyright
The content of the Site is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property rights as applicable and is provided solely for your own use. Republication or redistribution of any of the content available on the Site including by framing or similar means is prohibited.
35. Prevention of Fraud
To help us prevent fraud, please be aware that we may make searches about you at credit reference agencies for the purpose of verifying your identity. These agencies will supply us with information, including information from the Electoral Register. The fact that we have requested an identity check is recorded by these agencies, though be assured that the searches will not be seen, or used by lenders to assess your ability to obtain credit.
36. Law, jurisdiction and language
This website, any content contained therein and any contract brought into being as a result of usage of this website are governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Parties to any such contract agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of and . All contracts are concluded in English.
37. Invalidity
If any part of these terms and conditions is unenforceable (including any provision in which we exclude our liability to you) the enforceability of any other part of these conditions will not be affected.
